GrowthPoint is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our remote sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship building, and helping businesses discover solutions that support their growth.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and supporting the early stages of the sales process. This is a performance-driven remote opportunity with strong earning potential through base pay and commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads and target companies
• Initiate contact through email, calls, and online platforms
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales staff
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams
• Meet outreach and performance targets

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in speaking with potential clients
• Basic understanding of sales or customer service principles
• Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and online tools
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Previous sales, outreach, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
