As an Online Chat Moderator, you will monitor live chats, ensure community guidelines are followed, and assist users when needed. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling and consistent workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live chat rooms and online discussions
• Ensure conversations follow platform rules and guidelines
• Remove inappropriate content when necessary
• Respond to basic user questions and provide guidance
• Escalate issues to supervisors when required
• Maintain a professional and respectful online environment
• Keep accurate moderation logs and reports

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to stay focused while monitoring multiple conversations
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills
• Previous moderation or customer support experience is a plus but not required
