Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately into company systems and databases
  • Update existing records with new or corrected information
  • Review entries for errors and ensure information is complete
  • Organize digital files and documents in structured folders
  • Transfer information between spreadsheets and internal tools
  • Follow clear data entry procedures and formatting rules
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
  • Communicate with team members to resolve data questions
  • Meet daily and weekly accuracy and productivity goals
  • Assist with basic reports and data summaries when needed

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills and comfort using online tools
  • Ability to type and enter information with good accuracy
