Job Description

DTS CentCall is seeking motivated Appointment Setters to join our remote outreach team. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, introduce services, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

This position is ideal for confident communicators who enjoy structured conversations and performance-based incentives. You’ll work remotely using provided scripts, tools, and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Introduce services using provided scripts
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments
• Update call notes and appointment details in the system
• Follow up with interested prospects when needed
• Meet daily and weekly appointment targets
• Maintain a professional and friendly communication style

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear and confident spoken communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Previous call center or sales experience is a plus but not required
